Ganpat University Admission 2024
Students who desire to seek admission to Ganpat University must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university for that particular course. Ganpat University’s admission process is conducted based on the ACPC counselling conducted by the Government of Gujarat and the online centralized allotment by the university itself. The seat allotment process is purely based on merit scored in previous qualifying examinations and scores of entrance exams conducted at national and state levels like GUJCET, JEE Main, NATA, CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc.

Ganpat University Facilities
Ganpat University has various facilities available to facilitate the needs of the students as well as faculty members. Some of these are as follows:
- Smart Classrooms: The university has numerous classrooms, out of which some have smartboards. They are equipped with an LCD projector and computers with Wi-Fi facilities are provided on the campus.
- Sports Complex: A Basketball Court, Cricket Ground, Football Ground, Tennis Court, Volleyball Courts, Kabaddi Courts, Hockey Field, Kho-Kho Court and Handball Field are available for Annual Sports Programs and day-to-day activities.
- Library: Ganpat University has a central library which has a collection of more than 1,20,000 printed books. Additionally, it also has a subscription to 500 National and International journals for students. The library also provides e-resources like IEEE and J Gate.

Ganpat University Ph.D. Eligibility Criteria
- Candidates who have completed a 2-year master’s degree programme after a 3-year bachelor’s degree programme with at least 55% marks are eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have completed a 1-year master’s degree programme after a 4-year bachelor’s degree programme with at least 75% marks in aggregate are eligible to apply.
- A candidate who wishes to pursue interdisciplinary research shall also be considered.
- Candidates who have completed M.Phil with at least 55% marks in aggregate can also apply for the Ph.D. course.
Note: A relaxation of 5% of marks from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled and other reserved categories.
Ganpat University Ph.D. Selection Criteria
Admission to Ph.D. program will be granted based on the Entrance exam conducted by the university followed by an interview. The entrance exam is of 2-hour duration conducted offline at the Ganpat University campus only. There will be two sections in the exam: Research Methodology and Subject Specific Questions.
The university will conduct a personal interview for those candidates who will qualify for the entrance test.
- Candidates with a minimum of 50% marks in the Entrance Test will be eligible for a Personal Interview.
- Relaxation of 5% Marks (from 50% to 45%) shall be given for SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy layers) Differently-abled category. (Proof of Category is essential)
- The detailed schedule for the personal interview will be made available on the Ganpat University website after the declaration of the entrance test result.

Ganpat University is currently inviting applications for the academic session 2024-2025.
- Ganpat University keeps the application process online and offline for all courses.
- Students will be admitted to one of the departments under Ganpat University.
- The admission will be based on the rank obtained in GUJCET/ JEE Main for B.Tech courses, GATE for M.Tech courses, and GPAT for M.Pharm.
- Once the candidate has a valid score in the respective entrance exam, he or she must apply for ACPC counselling.
