Arni University is a private university located in Kangra, Himachal Pradesh. Established in 2009, Arni University is approved and recognized by various reputed institutions like HP-PERC, PCI, ISO, etc. Also, the institute offers scholarship of up to 100% The university has 10 schools of study under it and offers Undergraduate and Postgraduate programs in the streams of Technology, Management, Commerce, Medicine, Arts, and Science. Arni University Facilities and Hostel
Arni University has a multi-discipline lush green sprawling campus, spread over 120 acres with an impressive panoramic view of Dhauladhar Mountain Ranges. It is one of the best universities in Himachal Pradesh, offering courses in a wide range of disciplines. To meet the requirements of the best student life, the university offers all the facilities necessary for an excellent academic life of the students. Given below are some of the facilities offered by the institute:
- Hostel: There are separate Hostels for Boys and Girls with all the modern facilities. The rooms are well furnished, spacious and airy to enable the living of students as comfortable as possible. In fact it is with a concept to have “Home away from Home”. The institute also caters for approx 700 students on double and triple sharing basis. They also pay special attention to the safety and comforts of the students, especially the girl students. The University also has two separate large Dining Halls for the Boy and Girl hostellers, connected with their Hostels to ensure their better time management and security. The menu is decided by the Mess Committee, comprising of students from all hostels and the Wardens. The Mess charges are paid in advance for the whole semester. The hostel and mess fee is as follows:

- Library:Â The University Library has been up-graded to the Best Library in the state of Himachal Pradesh and in the entire surrounding areas. It has now approx 28000 books of different streams, has facilities of e-journals and is fully air-conditioned to provide ideal environment for the students. The Library has a large number of national and international journals in the field of Management, Technology, Science and Arts. It has a seating capacity of 250 students and a large reading space of 1000 sq. mtr
- Transportation: The University caters for a “Pick up from Home” facility for the students from all the surrounding areas of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab and J&K. Transport charges are required to be paid in full, in advance and it cannot be withdrawn. There are a total of 16 buses used for this purpose and the areas connected are: Talwara – Mukerian – Arni, Kathua – Pathankot- Arni, Bhadwar – Nurpur- Arni, Mehra Phatak-Gangath-Arni, Jawali- Indora- Arni, Dhameta-Rahan- Arni, and Badukhar-Indora-Arni.
- Health Centre: Arni University has well established Medical Facility for Students and Staff like a doctor’s room, two wards with Medical Accessories/Instruments (Stretcher, Wheelchairs etc), 05 Beds in each ward, one waiting hall, 24 hours emergency facility, ambulance service, emergency medicines, and tie ups with hospitals.
- Water Supply System: The university also has 24 hrs. continuous water supply with 04 bores, one main water tank of capacity : 1,25,000 Litre, and RO water supply for drinking purposes.
