The Neotia University Admission
To apply for admission at TNU, follow the steps given below:
- Visit the website (www.tnu.in) and go to “Online Registration”
- A Registration Form will open with 3 options: Undergraduate Courses, Postgraduate Courses & PhD Courses
- Click on the desired option and the registration window will open
- Fill up the Registration Form with Mobile Verification with instant OTP and click on the register button.
- An email with a link will automatically be sent to the verified mail id along with log in & password
- By clicking the link in the mail the student will reach his / her “Dashboard” (automatically email verification will be done)
- From the Dashboard, a student can fill up the Application / Admission Form and upload the required documents
- Once the Form is filled up and submitted the Form, an Application Number will generate automatically for the student that he/she can use for all future references.
- Once the Application Form is submitted successfully and the unique Application Number is generated, the student can make an online payment of INR 20,000 for Provisional Admission
Note: For B.A(Hons.) in Mass Communication, B.Com.(Hons.) with Spl. in Taxation & E-Accounting, B.Sc. (Hons.) in Applied Psychology, and All Post Graduate Courses, the provisional admission fee is INR 10,000.

The Neotia University Facilities and Hostel
Hostel: TNU provides separate hostel facilities to boys and girls. The hostel fee per semester is INR 45,000.
Library: The Neotia University has a well-equipped library with 8000 sq. ft of reading area, as well as niche corners for solo study. With a collection of nearly 31000 National and International books, 3 million e-books and e-journals, open archives, and other digital resources, we offer a high-tech catalog from which students can access (anywhere/ anytime) a wide range of online books and journals. Besides the central library, each department has its own fully equipped library as well.
Transportation: The institute also offers transportation facilities at a cost of INR 22,000 per semester. The buses provided by the institute are air-conditioned and ply to various major points in Kolkata and nearby locations.
Classrooms & Seminar Rooms: All departments of the University boast of a Smart Classroom facility, which makes learning more interesting and easy. Spacious and innovative designed classrooms and seminar rooms, with internet connectivity, interactive boards, projector screens, and advanced communication facilities to host lectures, seminars, workshops, and conferences to encourage experiential learning for the students.
Workshop: A large size of 10000 sq. ft. of workshop with all the latest machinery installed within. Students are trained on these machinery under the guidance and supervision of qualified & trained experts on various programs offered by the University.
Laboratories: All departments have well-equipped laboratories supervised by experienced faculty members & trained technicians to help the students in performing experiments. There is also a highly advanced language laboratory to help students to improve their communication skills as well as gesture, posture & body language.
Moot Court: Students get a taste of real court proceedings in the moot court. A moot court not only helps in enhancing legal knowledge, but also in brushing up communication, drafting, legal research, and presentation skills.
WiFi Campus: The entire campus is WiFi-ed 24 X 7 including hostels. Students have access to online resources and IT infrastructure to support their educational endeavors. The IT department of the University also helps students with any difficulty they may face.
Multipurpose Hall: A large size of 13000 sq. ft. of Multipurpose Hall is available within the campus to organize various programs and activities like Seminars, Quiz and Drama along with indoor sports.
Ship in Campus: Ship-in-Campus of the institute is an in-house shipbuilding that is in working condition consisting of a 4000 BHP Ship Engine along with a complete set of machinery available on the ship like a Generator, Oil-Water separator, Boiler, Fire Control Lab, etc. This is the only working Ship in Campus in Eastern India of its size and students are provided hands-on training on various machineries of it.
Sports: Sports and physical activities play an integral part in the University curriculum. This ensures the holistic development of the mind and body. The University has separate indoor halls for indoor games like table tennis, carom, snooker, chess, badminton, etc. Adequate facilities and courts are available for volleyball, badminton, and basketball, and two large playfields for Cricket and Football. Dedicated and qualified Coaches for Football, Basket Ball, and Cricket are available for coaching and guidance.
How To Reach The Neotia University?
The Neotia University is located at Jhinger Pole, Sarisa, Diamond Harbour Road, 24 Parganas South, West Bengal. Students can easily reach this institute via road transport as several bus stops are located at close vicinity. Moreover, those who are willing to take an autorickshaw or a cab, can easily get one outside the institute’s campus. The Neotia University also provides transport facility at a cost of INR 22,000 per semester. The buses provided by the institute are air-conditioned and ply to various major points in Kolkata and nearby locations. There are 2 buses of TNU, one is named Ultadanga / Esplanade which picks-up students and faculty from Ultadanga, Kankurgachi, via Esplanade, Thakurpukur, Joka, Pailan, Amtala, and Sirakole. The other bus, named Salt Lake / Ruby picks-up students and faculty from PNB, 4 no. tank, CRP Camp, via Karunamoyee, Thekurpukur, Joka, Pailan, Amtala, and Sirakole.
