Shree Guru Gobind Singh Tricentenary University, also known as SGT University was established in 2013. SGT University is a UGC-recognized private university located in Gurugram, Haryana. It is accredited by NAAC with an ‘A+’ grade and approved by AICTE, NMC, and BCI. SGT University Gurgaon was ranked 71 by IIRF in the overall category, in 2024.
SGT University offers B.Tech as its flagship program, with specializations in Computer Science & Engineering, AI & ML, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and Blockchain.To be eligible candidates must have passed 10+2 with PCM securing at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category). SGT University Admissions 2025
SGT University Gurgaon offers a range of programs in diverse disciplines like Engineering, Nursing, Medical, Pharmacy, Commerce, Management, and Business Administration. Application Process: Online
- Visit SGT University registration page.
- Select your desired Programme/Specialization, generate your brochure number, and proceed to the application form.
- Fill in the required details and pay the registration fee of INR 1500/-
- After successful registration, a confirmation message will be sent through SMS/E-mail.
- Personal Interview (PI) will be conducted online via Zoom call.
- If eligible, proceed for online provisional admission.

- Enquiry will then be assigned to the respective counselor through KIOSK lead assignment.

SGT University Placements 2025
SGT University Gurgaon Placement Report 2025 has not been released yet. Vishakha, a BSc Hons (Clinical Psychology) student here reports that in your last year or 6th semester you become eligible for SGT University Placements. They have a lot of companies visiting like Google, Amazon, Aajtak, TCS, Viacom, Vodafone and 100+ offers were made from different sectors. You can get an offer from INR 2 LPA to INR 5 LPA, it all depends on your skills. 40% of students get placed every year.
SGT University Scholarships 2025
SGT University Gurgaon grants scholarships to candidates based on merit scores in 12th Boards, CUET, and other parameters. Some of these have been listed below.
UG Scholarships
The scholarships given below are for all UG programmes except for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, B. Sc. Nursing, B.Pharm, and B.Sc. Clinical Psychology (Hons). 5% extra scholarship in the form of tuition fee concession, over and above the percentage mentioned under point no. 1, 2 and 3 will be awarded to Girl students (For Non-medical courses and FAHS), Boys students whose parents are in defence, Alumni Reference, and School Principals Reference.
- On the basis of 12th marks obtained from recognized boards as under:- (a) PCB/M/CS with English as one of the subjects OR Best of four subjects with English as one of the compulsory subjects. For calculating percentage for scholarship, the Subsidiary/Elective subjects will not be considered. If the marksheet contains 1st and 2nd year, the average for the subject of both the years will be considered.

PG Programs
For PG programmes, the scholarship will be granted to all except M. Phil (Clinical Psychology), Nursing (Except NPCC), Agricultural Sciences (except M. Sc. Ag. Agronomy), Engineering & Technology (except M. Tech.), and Medicine & Health Sciences (except MD and MS). For M.Sc. (Environmental Sustainability) programme only 25% Scholarship shall be applicable on tuition fee, if the candidate has secured 70% and above marks in Graduation.

Employee Scholarships
The scholarship in the form of Tuition fee concession will be awarded to the relatives of the University’s employees every year (blood relations only i.e. Son, Daughter, Husband, Wife) for 2025-2026.

Sibling Scholarships
