Sangam Universitywas established in 2012 by the Badral Soni Charitable Trust in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. It is among the top ten private engineering Colleges in Rajasthan and has been approved by multiple governmental associations. The university offers a total of 12 undergraduate, 5 post graduate, and 3 diploma, in addition to some doctoral and post-doctoral courses. Graduates from the university are placed in companies such as HDFC Bank, Indusind Bank, Wipro, Cognizant and Accenture, etc. All the admissions at the college entrance-based. Sangam University Admissions
Sangam University conducts its own Admission Test for all courses. Students applying for B.Tech courses are admitted through the JEE main scores, and those applying for MBA can be admitted through SUAT/ CAT/ MAT or CMAT scores. Applications for all other courses are done through the examination conducted by the University.Â
How to Apply?
Admissions are accepted offline only. The steps to apply are as follows:Â
- Step 1: Take the printout of the application form and fill all the details.
- Step 2: Submit the duly filled application form through post or in-person to the Admission Cell of Sangam University.
- Step 3: Attach the required documents to the application form.Â
- Step 4: Pay the application fee.Â

The Training and Placement cell of the college conducts training activities for the students’ overall development which include Personality Development, Industrial Exposure, Industry Visit, Expert Sessions, In Plant Training, Campus Placement, Entrepreneurship Development. For the session 2020-21, 84% students were placed and for 2021-22 session 75% studetns are placed till date.The highest package offered to the student was INR 13/5 LPA and average stood at INR 3.5 LPA
Sangam University Scholarship
Some of the scholarships that the students can apply for if eligible include:Â
- Merit Scholarship: Provided on the basis of percentage obtained in 12th/10th Class as regular student (without any compartment) in Indian National Board to be given for first year only.
- Sports Scholarships: If the student represents the university at national or international tournaments, they can avail of sports scholarships. International Participant & Position Scorer receive a scholarship of 75%. National Scorers receive 50% scholarship, while National Participants receive 25% scholarships.Â
- Needy Scholarships: For students whose family annual income is less than or equal to 3Â lakhs, a scholarship amount is given as decided by the Principal of the University. Similarly, a scholarship for students whose parents are both dead, is also given.Â
- Alumni Scholarship: Students who are alumni of Sangam University/ITM will get 20% Scholarship in Tution Fee for their period of study (as per below terms and Condition) in any of the higher courses they are enrolled for except PhD.
- University Employee Scholarship: Faculty/Staff will get upto 20% Scholarship in Tution Fee for their period of study in any of the courses they are enrolled for.
- Special Scholarship:Â The university has started a special scholarship of 15% for SC/ST and Minority students. In addition to this, INR 10000/- is offered to girl candidates to promote and encourage their talent in First Year only for B.Tech and Diploma Program.
Sangam University Facilities
Some of the facilities that Sangam University provides include:Â
- Library: The library has a collection of more than 50500 Books covering over 7000 Titles. In addition, there are 115 national and international journals, Periodicals and Online Journals. There is also a digital Library with a wide collection of soft resources for students.Â
- Medical: On-Campus medical facility is provided by Smt. Kesar Bai Soni Hospital and Research Center. Nursing staff is available on the campus.Â
- Hostel: There are separate hostels for male and female students. The students can choose from single, double and triple occupancy rooms. Hostels are also well equipped with modern kitchens serving vegetarian food.Â
- Transportation: A fleet of 05 buses is available for faculty, staff and students for commuting from the Sangam University campus to Bhilwara city.Â
- Sports: Sangam University provides facilities for indoor and outdoor games such as Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Carom, Badminton, Gymnasium, etc.
- Other facilities include an ATM, Cafeteria, ICT Lab, and a store.Â

All in all, this college is one of the best colleges to opt for in multiple schools. It is definitely among the top ten colleges for Engineering in Rajasthan.
