Sangam Universitywas established in 2012 by the Badral Soni Charitable Trust in Bhilwara, Rajasthan. It is among the top ten private engineering Colleges in Rajasthan and has been approved by multiple governmental associations. The university offers a total of 12 undergraduate, 5 post graduate, and 3 diploma, in addition to some doctoral and post-doctoral courses. Sangam University Admissions
Sangam University conducts its own Admission Test for all courses. Students applying for B.Tech courses are admitted through the JEE main scores, and those applying for MBA can be admitted through SUAT/ CAT/ MAT or CMAT scores. Applications for all other courses are done through the examination conducted by the University.
How to Apply?
Admissions are accepted offline only. The steps to apply are as follows:
- Step 1: Take the printout of the application form and fill all the details.
- Step 2: Submit the duly filled application form through post or in-person to the Admission Cell of Sangam University.
- Step 3: Attach the required documents to the application form.

- Merit scholarships are based on the percentage obtained in the 10th/12th class as a regular student in the Indian National Board to be given for the first year only, as per the table below.

C. ALUMNI SCHOLARSHIP
- Students who are alumni of Sangam University/ITM will get a 20% scholarship on tuition fees for their period of study (as per below terms and conditions below) in any of the higher courses they are enrolled in, except PhD.
- SU to SU Scholarship is to be given for 1 year in the PG programme and for the period of study in another UG programme.
- For continuation of scholarship in the next year/sem, the student must have obtained a 7.0 CGPA/SGPА.
D. SANGAM GROUP EMPLOYEE SCHOLARSHIP
- Sangam staff will get a 25% discount on tuition fees for their period of study in any of the courses they are enrolled in. This will also be applicable for wards and spouses of the employees.
- This scholarship will be withdrawn if the beneficiary leaves the services during his/her period of study.
E. OTHER SCHOLARSHIP
- SSE students will get a 20% scholarship on the tuition fee in the first year only for the UG programme.
Note:
1. Scholarships are only applicable for students of the Indian National Recognized Board, except the OPEN BOARD.
2. Candidates can avail a scholarship from any one category. (A to F).
3. The scholarship application form is available online on the Sangam University website. Deadlines and a detailed schedule will be displayed on the website.
4. No application will be entertained after the cutoff date.
Sangam University Facilities
Some of the facilities that Sangam University provides include:
- Library: The library has a collection of more than 50500 Books covering over 7000 Titles. In addition, there are 115 national and international journals, Periodicals and Online Journals. There is also a digital Library with a wide collection of soft resources for students.
- Medical: On-Campus medical facility is provided by Smt. Kesar Bai Soni Hospital and Research Center. Nursing staff is available on the campus.
- Hostel: There are separate hostels for male and female students. The students can choose from single, double and triple occupancy rooms. Hostels are also well equipped with modern kitchens serving vegetarian food.
- Transportation: A fleet of 05 buses is available for faculty, staff and students for commuting from the Sangam University campus to Bhilwara city.
- Sports: Sangam University provides facilities for indoor and outdoor games such as Volleyball, Cricket, Basketball, Lawn Tennis, Carom, Badminton, Gymnasium, etc.
- Other facilities include an ATM, Cafeteria, ICT Lab, and a store.
