Noida International University Application Process 2025
NIU Noida offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in diverse disciplines like Arts, Education, Science, Journalism, Engineering & Technology, and Management, among others. Admissions to Technical Programs, offered at NIU, happen through the NSAT (NIU Scholarship cum Admission Test) or through GD/PI for Non-Technical programs. The university considers State-level and National-level entrance exams like JEE Main and CUET.
The application process is online, and the payment process is both online and offline. It is recommended that the applications be completed in all aspects and submitted for Noida International University Admission along with the required documents. If your documents are found missing, you will be notified immediately, and your application will not be reviewed until they are received. Candidates can apply for Noida International University admissions by following the steps given below:
- Fill in Application Form on admissions.niu.edu.in. When you submit your online application, you will be charged INR 1100 (non–refundable) towards the application fee via net banking/credit card/debit card/wallet.
- Upon successful verification of your eligibility and submitted documents, the detailed schedule for your entrance test/GD and PI, including date, time, and venue, will be sent to your registered email ID.
- The student selected will be required to reserve his/her seat by paying the semester/annual fee immediately. Failing which, the seat can be allotted to the next eligible student.
- The University will issue an offer/provisional admission letter if the student qualifies in the examination or fulfills the eligibility criteria. A provisional admission letter will only be issued once the semester/annual fee payment is confirmed from our accounts department.

Noida International University Placement Report 2025 has not been published. However, it has released the school-wise placement percentages for the Class of 2025. So far, the School of Business Management achieved a 57.72% placement rate, while the School of Engineering and Technology reported a 70% placement rate. Noida International University Scholarships 2025
NIU Noida grants scholarships to eligible students, based on various criteria. Candidates must note that the scholarship is applicable only on tuition fees for the first year. Ques. What is the eligibility criteria for NIU Noida 100% scholarships?
Ans. To continue to avail 100% Scholarship at NIU Noida, from second year onwards, merit scholarship will be considered till the end of the course with the following terms and conditions.
- The student to be considered for scholarship should have passed all the examinations on the first attempt in the normal examination schedule without any grace marks or back papers.
- The attendance of the student shall not be less than 75%, and the strength of the branch shall not be less than 30 students.
- The student must not be charged with misconduct, misbehaviour, gross indiscipline, an incident of ragging, use of drugs and narcotics, etc., or any such misconduct.
- The student must not adopt unfair means in the examinations.
- The scholarship would not apply if there were a gap between academic sessions.
- If academic documents are found to be fabricated or misleading by a student, the student will be penalized as per university norms.
- This scholarship is NOT a cash award, nor will it be adjusted anywhere apart from the fee payable by the awardee’s parent/guardian to the University as per the approved fee structure.
- Any student who withdraws or is debarred from the University before the completion of his/her course shall pay the full scholarship amount granted to him before leaving the University.
- This scholarship covers the tuition fee only; it does not cover other fees like Application form, Examination, Activity, Security, Hostel accommodation, and Transport fee.
- The above-mentioned fees/expenses need to be paid as per university norms.

Ans. The accommodation facilities available to the students of Noida International University are on par with international standards. NIU offers students the choice of comfortable boarding facilities in double and triple rooms with AC and non-AC options for both boys and girls.
