MGU provide a scholarship facility to its meritorious students.
- A fee waiver of up to INR 25650 is given to students whose annual family income is less than INR 2.5 Lakhs
- Girl candidates who opted for the BCA Course only and have an annual family income below INR 2.5 Lakhs are given up to a 100% scholarship.
- Sports scholarships are provided to students who have outstanding performance. Up to INR 4000 to INR 300 is given as the scholarship amount.
- Prof P.C. Menon Endowment scholarship is also offered to the student who is the 1st rank holder in the subject history in the 2nd year (as an optional subject) and the student is the 1st rank holder in the final year of M.A. (history).
