B. Tech, Integrated B.Tech, and B.Arch admissions are determined by the scores of the Engineering Entrance Exam conducted by the university itself, and followed by an interview.
Candidates who score a pass on JEE Main/ JEE Advanced or EAMCET and any other engineering entrance exam are admissible to admission.
NATA-qualified applicants can apply for the B.Arch program.
To be eligible for students to be eligible for the B.Pharm program, candidates need to obtain an acceptable rank on AP EAMCET or any other state-level entrance test.
B.Sc/ BHMand BCA/BBA LL.B admissions are made according to the results at the university-based entrance, and then an interview.
Merit is the only requirement to be able to get admission into BA and IAS Training.
M.Tech Admissions to M.Tech are determined by academic achievement in all other cases, except for M. Tech in Atmospheric Science for which KL (Deemed to be) University has a specific entrance test.
Candidates have to pass KLUMAT/APICET/CAT/MAT or XAT to secure admission to MBA courses.
M.Sc admissions are granted by way of marks from the most recent qualifying exam which is followed by an interview.

SC/ STSC/ ST BCSC/ ST/ BC PH Scholarships for disabled candidates receive the benefit of a fee concession that is INR 10,000 annually. OBC applicants are granted the benefit of INR 5k per year.
Special Concessions for Siblings: This Special Concession for Siblings program is intended for children of KL University who are interested in pursuing the MHS program. A total of 10,000 INR per year will be offered on special occasions.
