JK Lakshmipat University (JKLU), Jaipur was established in the year 2011 by J.K. Organisation (JKO). The institute is Accredited with ‘A’ Grade by NAAC. JK Lakshmipat University has been ranked among the Top 50 Private Universities in India and 6^th in Rajasthan in the IIRF – Indian Institutional Ranking Framework Top Private Universities in India (Overall) Ranking 2024. The ranking criteria included placement performance, teaching resources and pedagogy, research, industry income and integration, placement strategy and support, future orientation, external perception, and international outlook. JKLU excelled particularly in areas of placement performance, teaching resources and pedagogy.

JKLU offers experiential learning opportunities and boasts the highest faculty-student ratio in the region. JKLU- Atal Incubation Center (AIC) is one of the 4 Atal Incubation Centres supported by Atal Innovation Mission, NITI Aayog in Rajasthan. At UG level, courses like B.Tech, BBA, and B.Des are offered and at the PG level M.Des, and M.Tech are offered to the students. Admissions to B.Des courses are done on the basis of UCEED or JKLU DET scores and for the rest of the courses, admission is done on merit basis. Apart from this, JKLU also offers Ph.D. courses in Engineering and Management. Admission to the JKLU Ph.D. program is done on the basis of the Entrance Test followed by a Personal Interview.
