Indian Veterinary Research Institute (IVRI) is known for its advanced research and post-graduate programs. The undergraduate courses began from the academic year 2015-16 with the intake of 20 seats which is now increased to 24 seats. 21 out of 24 seats are filled by IVRI and the remaining 3 by the Veterinary Council of India (VCI). The course is open to all Indian Nationals.
Indian Veterinary Research Institute offers 24 Master’s programs and 19 Doctoral programs in various disciplines. It has 5 other campuses in Mukteshwar, Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, and Palampur.
