What's New in Nirma University?
Nirma University B.Tech Admission 2024 is open via ACPC Counselling. The GUJCET Results 2024 have been declared and students can register for online counselling till May 28, 2024 on the official website.
Other Updates are as follows:
- Nirma University admission to MBA and MBA (HRM) is open for international applicants only.
- Admission for BA LL.B. (Hons.) and B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) have been closed.
- The university will soon open applications for M.Pharm and MCA programs.

Nirma University was established by the Nirma Education and Research Foundation in 2003. The university is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat across 115 acres. Nirma University Ahmedabad is a research-oriented and state private university. The university is recognised by UGC and accredited by NAAC with an “A+” Grade. It is a member of AIU and ACU. Nirma University’s admission process is online. Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified by the university to apply for admission to any of the courses offered at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels.
Admission to Nirma University is merit and entrance-based. The university offers 33% reservation to ACPC candidates. For admission to B.Tech, candidates must appear for JEE Main or GUJCET. Nirma University MBA admission is based on CAT scores followed by a personal interview and Theme Development & Presentation round.

To apply for the respective examination, candidates must check its official website. Once the applicant has cleared the exam with a valid score, he or she must apply for the ACPC counselling process for admission to Nirma University.
- Students must visit the official website of the Gujarat Admission Committee @gujacpc.admissions.nic.in and click on the common registration link.
- A new window will appear and the candidate has to fill in all the required details for new user registration.
- Once the registration is completed, the candidate must verify the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and Email ID.
- After registration, the candidate has to log in to the ACPC page with the necessary guidelines.
- Students must also upload all the required documents in the said format (JPG, JPEG, or PDF).
The application fee for ACPC counselling for Nirma University Ahmedabad is INR 350. The counselling takes place in the online mode. The admission process of Nirma University through ACPC includes merit declaration, choice filling, and admission confirmation.
- ACPC will declare the merit list of shortlisted students and the candidate needs to verify the merit number and category as mentioned in the registration details.

- The first round of choice filling is the Mock Round. (Based on the analysis, the candidate can modify the courses selected or add more courses if cannot secure admission in the actual round)
- Gujarat ACPC allows admission based on the preferences given by candidates after choice filling for the actual round.
- Students must pay the token fee in online mode if they want to confirm their admission.

Students can visit the home page of ACPC and choose the program, branch, institute type, and district from the drop-down lists. After that, click on the ‘Search’ option.
