NICMAR University Pune: Admission 2024, Fees, Placements, Ranking
NICMAR Pune also known as National Institute of Construction Management and Research is a private institution, established in 1984. The university is located in Pune with other campuses located in Goa, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Delhi. NICMAR offers PGP courses which are equivalent to MBA degrees in Construction and Management, Engineering Project Management, Real Estate and Urban Infrastructure Management and Infrastructure Finance Development and Management. NICMAR signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with M/s BEXEL Consulting Pvt Ltd under the leadership of Professor Anil Kashyap. The case writing workshop received an overwhelming response within a few days of announcement. The workshop registration has closed because all slots have been filled.

Admissions PGP/ MBA courses offered by NICMAR are based on the NCAT entrance exam along with academic performance, work experience, and interview performance. NICMAR Pune is recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology, and Government of India as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO).
NICMAR’s popular courses include PGP in ACM, IFDM, PEP, etc. Along with this, NICMR also offers full-time and part-time programmes. NICMAR Pune Courses and Fees
Candidates who wish to apply to NICMAR need to clear the PG-NCAT entrance exam, group discussion, personal interview and rating of application conducted by NICMAR for admission to its several PG courses. NICMAR Pune Admissions
Selection of students for NICMAR admission is made by the selection committee. Candidates can apply online on the university’s official website or download the application form and send it to the Dean of Admissions along with the application fee and required documents as mentioned in the application form before the due date.
Eligible candidates will be invited to appear for the selection process which comprises NICMAR’s Common Admission Test (NCAT), Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Rating of Application (RA). The Common Admission test is conducted online. Shortlisted candidates will then be called for Group Discussions and Personal Interview.

NICMAR Pune Scholarship
NICMAR offers ‘NICMAR Top Ranker’s Scholarship’, ‘NICMAR Excalibur Scholarship’, and ‘NICMAR Merit Scholarship’ to its students. The top ranker’s scholarships are available for full time postgraduate students. Candidates can request for NICMAR Top Ranker’s Scholarship according to their marks in 10th, 12th Diploma and Graduation at the time of filling the application form for 2024. Eligible candidates will get confirmation for the same after verifying their academic records with mark sheets submitted.
The NICMAR Excalibur Scholarship is awarded to the students who secure the highest rank amongst all other students of ACM [Pune, Hyderabad (Shamirpet), Goa (Farmagudi) and Delhi NCR (Bahadurgarh) campuses], EPM [Pune and Hyderabad (Shamirpet)], REUIM and IFDM programmes. The award is presented term-wise and it consists of waiver of full tuition fees and hostel fees for the term in which the student has secured the highest rank. Award will be given on the basis of Term Performance Index (TPI).
NICMAR Pune Entrance Exam
NICMAR Pune admissions are based on the NCAT Entrance Examination. While preparing for the entrance exam Students must prepare the quantitative aptitude from RS Aggarwal Book. Students must also prepare current affairs for the group discussion rounds and for the personal interview rounds.
Students can download the admit card online for NCAT examinations. Students must carry the admit card while appearing for the exam. Moreover, students can get access to the admit card by filling in details of username and password. The details present on the admit card are name, roll number, date and time of exam, address of examination center, registration number, photo and signature.
