Nirma University’s admission process is online. Students must meet the minimum eligibility criteria specified by the university to apply for admission to any of the courses offered at undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. 

Admission to Nirma University is merit and entrance-based. The university offers 33% reservation to ACPC candidates. For admission to B.Tech, candidates must appear for JEE Main or GUJCET. Nirma University MBA admission is based on CAT scores followed by a personal interview and Theme Development & Presentation round.

To apply for the respective examination, candidates must check its official website. Once the applicant has cleared the exam with a valid score, he or she must apply for the ACPC counselling process for admission to Nirma University. 

• Students must visit the official website of the Gujarat Admission Committee @gujacpc.admissions.nic.in and click on the common registration link.
• A new window will appear and the candidate has to fill in all the required details for new user registration.
• Once the registration is completed, the candidate must verify the OTP sent to the registered mobile number and Email ID.
• After registration, the candidate has to log in to the ACPC page with the necessary guidelines.
• Students must also upload all the required documents in the said format (JPG, JPEG, or PDF).

The application fee for ACPC counselling for Nirma University Ahmedabad is INR 350. The counselling takes place in the online mode. The admission process of Nirma University through ACPC includes merit declaration, choice filling, and admission confirmation.

• ACPC will declare the merit list of shortlisted students and the candidate needs to verify the merit number and category as mentioned in the registration details.
• The next step is choice filling, where the candidate can choose the preferred course. (Choosing more than one course is advisable for a better chance of admission)
• The first round of choice filling is the Mock Round. (Based on the analysis, the candidate can modify the courses selected or add more courses if cannot secure admission in the actual round)
• Gujarat ACPC allows admission based on the preferences given by candidates after choice filling for the actual round.
• Students must pay the token fee in online mode if they want to confirm their admission.

Nirma University applicants can check the list of colleges available, along with fees, and hostel availability for the chosen course on the ACPC portal. Students can visit the home page of ACPC and choose the program, branch, institute type, and district from the drop-down lists. After that, click on the ‘Search’ option. A list of colleges available for the chosen course along with fees, official website link, and hostel availability will be displayed.
