Krea Krea University is one of the top universities for Liberal Education.University has been enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh as per The Andhra Pradesh Private Universities (Establishment and Regulation) (Amendment) Act, 2018 vide the gazette notification published on April 30, 2018. The university is a state-private university approved by UGC. As per the NIRF Ranking 2023, the university is ranked 74th in the Management Category. IFMR Society is the sponsoring body of the University. Institute for Financial Management and Research (IFMR) has wide and deep experience in education and research for the past 48 years.
Krea Univerity offers BA, B.Sc. at the UG level, MBA at the PG level and Ph.D. at the doctoral level. Apart from these courses, the university offers certification courses as well. IFMR Graduate School of Business (GSB) at Krea University offers 5-year Integrated BBA + MBA, 2 years MBA, Ph.D., and customised Management Development programs, including Executive Education programs

Krea University Admission Selection Criteria
The selection criteria and the application procedure are different for all the courses at Krea University. The application procedure for UG and MBA programs is online while the procedure is offline in the case of a Ph.D. Here are some details for the same.
- UG Admission: Students having a score of SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) or ACT (American College Testing) are eligible to apply & have to mention the score on the application form. The selection consists of two stages including Application Screening and Immersion Day, students may have to appear in field visits, quantitative and logical reasoning tests, reflection essays, group discussions, and finally interview
- MBA Admission: Candidates have appeared in entrance tests like CAT, CMAT, XAT, GMAT, and GRE. Those having work experience less than or equal to 36 months are eligible to apply. Selection will be done on the basis of marks in 10th, 12th as well as UG program & entrance exam. Selected students need to appear in WAT & PI
- Ph.D. Admission: Admissions are purely on the basis of merit. After the application screening selected candidates will be called for RAT and PI at the Sri City campus.

Krea University Scholarships
Krea University offers merit-based academic scholarships to students under the Krea SIAS programme. Every year, merit-based academic scholarships are awarded for the Krea SIAS programme, with a full 100% tuition waiver to a 20% tuition waiver. There is no separate application for the merit scholarship. Those shortlisted for the scholarship will be intimated after every round of admission, but the formal offer will go out after Round 4.
