According to NIRF 2023, IMI Kolkata, an AICTE and NBA-approved institution, is rated 70th out of India’s top MBA colleges. PGDM is the most popular course offered by IMI Kolkata. For admission to the PGDM program, IMI Kolkata takes into account CAT, MAT, XAT, CMAT, and ATMA scores. Composite scores, which include academic profile, WAT & PI scores, and entrance exam results, are used to determine final admissions. Library: Located on the ground level and spanning three stories, the institution boasts an excellent library. For added security, it features CCTV surveillance and central air conditioning. Its vast collection includes books, journals, e-books, e-journals, volumes, and CDs/DVDs on a variety of subjects.

Interim Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Performance: up to three students every batch enrolled, with a maximum scholarship amount of one lakh over two years
Up to 5% of the institute’s total enrollment in the Economically Weaker Section will be awarded scholarships to students whose family income is less than Rs. 8 lacs per year.
For the first year after their enrollment in the PGDM program, deserving students receive a 100% tuition price waiver.
CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT merit-based: students who score in the 60–69%ile are sanctioned INR 1.5 lacs, while those who score in the 70 percentile and more are sanctioned INR 2 lacs.
