About IMED
Founded by Bharati Vidyapeeth in 1978, the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED) in Pune is a renowned business school in Western India. It is one of Bharati Vidyapeeth’s (Deemed to be University) 29 constituent entities. IMED Pune has been granted “Category I” university status by the UGC and a “A+” grade by the NAAC. The IMED Entrepreneurship Development Cell offers a platform for entrepreneurship education that assists students in creating company plans and developing new business concepts through a variety of activities and skill-building initiatives. IMED has partnerships with MCCIA for collaborative workshops, conferences, and skill-building programs; Linnaeus University, Sweden, for faculty exchange and joint projects; Curtin University, for international conferences; IUBAT, Bangladesh, for research and projects; and numerous business companies for student internships and joint projects.

IMED Pune Admissions
Students get admitted to the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED) in Pune based on their performance in qualifying exams. The college has established specific requirements for student admission:
Admission will be granted to the candidates based on their standing in the Combined BBA/BCA/MBA/MCA merit list and the number of seats available for the program at the candidate’s preferred institution. The application form must include the candidate’s choice of institute.
If all applicants receive the same amount of points on the entrance exam, they will be ranked based on the percentage of marks they received on the SSC or a comparable test.
The applicant will be ranked using automated random numbers if their entrance exam scores and their percentage of SSC marks are equal.
The MBA merit list shortlisted applicants will be contacted for a personal interview and group discussion.
Additionally, IMED has clauses that provide direct admission to candidates in the second year of the MCA program. Candidates must hold a BCA or BSc degree with at least 50% aggregate in order to be eligible to apply for lateral entry admission.
How to apply?

Step 2: Pay the application fees and log in using the username and password you were sent via email. You can use a credit card, debit card, or net banking to pay the application cost.
Step 3: Upload the required files.
Regarding the offline application procedure
Step 1: Candidates need to buy the application and prospectus at the Administration office.
Step 2: Include all required paperwork. Send it to the workplace.

Central SC/ST Scholarships : The scholarship is for SC/ST students by GoI. Eligible students get 100% waiver of the programme fee, excluding the refundable component of the fee
North Eastern Council (NEC) Scholarship: Financial aid for students of the North-Eastern Region for Higher Education.
National Talent Search Scholarship: Scholarship For UG and PG students in which Scholarship of Rs.2000 per month for undergraduate and postgraduate candidates
SC/ST Scholarships: For SC or ST candidates based on annual family income by State Governments
Merit-cum-Means Scholarships: For needy, meritorious students in which Rs. 2,200 per annum for needy, meritorious students.
